PeriPAN Grand Rounds is an interprofessional continuing education series designed to strengthen the healthcare teams knowledge, skills, and strategies for identifying, assessing, and managing perinatal mental health conditions. Through expert-led education, discussion, and application of evidence-based screening and treatment approaches, participants will enhance collaborative care for pregnant and postpartum patients. The series also addresses barriers to mental health care, including limited access to specialized services, with particular attention to improving timely and coordinated care in rural and underserved communities.

1. Identify evidencebased approaches for screening, assessing, and managing perinatal mental health conditions.
2. Apply appropriate screening, assessment, treatment, and referral strategies to perinatal mental health concerns.
3. Differentiate the roles and responsibilities of healthcare team members involved in perinatal mental health care.
4. Develop coordinated, patientcentered strategies for managing perinatal mental health conditions across the healthcare team.
5. Integrate current evidence and clinical recommendations into the care of pregnant and postpartum patients with mental health concerns.
6. Collaborate with members of the healthcare team to develop coordinated, patientcentered approaches for screening, assessing, treating, and referring pregnant and postpartum patients with perinatal mental health concerns.
